The Account Manager role:

  • As a Senior Account Manager you will play a crucial role in growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial requirements and tailoring solutions accordingly
  • Actively develop new and existing client relationships through various channels, including telesales, social media, trade events, and networking
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and recommend suitable commercial finance solutions to meet their needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, lender offerings, and financial regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Attend trade events and industry gatherings to expand your professional network and represent effectively

Account Manager – Essential Skills:

  • Current or recent experience in the financial services industry, working as brokers/intermediaries or extensive experience working with lenders
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and business development
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • A strong understanding of commercial finance products and services
  • Relevant industry certifications and qualifications are advantageous
