Customer Service Advisor – Essential Skills:

  • Current or recent Customer Service experience with a passion for providing exceptional service
  • Experience working in a contact centre environment, answering phone calls both inbound and outbound
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries and requests
  • Detail-oriented and organised
