The HR Assistant Role:

  • As a HR Assistant within this organisation, you will be essential in keeping the human resources department supported and running smoothly by handling key administrative tasks like managing employee records, producing HR documents, and ensuring compliance.
  • You’ll act as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, providing answers on HR policies and benefits.
  • Additionally, you’ll assist with onboarding new hires, coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruitment process. By managing these responsibilities, you’ll impact and promote a positive and efficient HR experience for both employees and candidates. The role will be varied, and rewarding!
