ABOUT THE CLIENT:
Our client is a well-established consultancy with a strong track record of helping businesses access valuable financial incentives to support their growth and innovation. Due to continued success and plans for expansion, they are seeking a Randamp;D Tax Advisor to join their dynamic team and contribute to their mission of driving business innovation.

THE Randamp;D TAX ADVISOR ROLE:
As a Randamp;D Tax Advisor, you will play a key role in preparing and submitting compliant claims for Randamp;D Tax Credits, supporting clients in defending these claims during compliance checks, and contributing to business development. You’ll collaborate closely with C-suite executives, technical leads, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, insightful services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on Randamp;D tax legislation and its application to innovative projects.
  • Prepare and file financial claims in line with Randamp;D Tax Relief schemes.
  • Support clients with HMRC enquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather required financial and technical data.
  • Participate in process improvements to enhance client outcomes.

Randamp;D TAX ADVISOR – ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Randamp;D tax consultancy, with strong knowledge of UK Randamp;D Tax Credits.
  • Deep understanding of the CIRD and BIS guidelines.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable balancing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • London-based or willing to work in a hybrid capacity.
