As we grow, we’re looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team.

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:
As the first Sales Development Representative in the team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and laying the foundation for a future sales team. You will:

  • Focus on B2B outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Qualify leads and book demos for the closing team.
  • Engage with CFOs, accountants, and senior finance decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Occasionally present our solutions to prospective clients once trained.
  • Provide input on commission structures, incentives, and KPIs to shape the sales team’s future success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience cold calling and booking demos for enterprise-level clients is a plus.
  • Ability to travel for client visits when required.
