The Sales Trainer Role:
As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering tailored training programs for Graduate SDRs. Your expertise will help these new hires quickly adapt and thrive in their roles. You will assess their varying levels of experience and provide the necessary tools and strategies to help them succeed. Regular evaluation and refinement of training programs are key to maintaining high standards and ensuring continuous improvement.
Sales Trainer – Essential Skills:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales training
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to design engaging and effective training programs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
