Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to handle a broad caseload and provide expert legal advice to a diverse range of clients. Our client is a respected legal practice renowned for its dedication to excellence in client service. Due to strategic expansion, they are looking to add a talented Senior Associate to their Private Client team. This role will be instrumental in supporting the firm’s growth and delivering high-quality legal services to private clients. While any experience in the agricultural sector is an added benefit, it is not a prerequisite.

The Senior Associate Role:
As a Senior Associate in the Private Client team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice across a diverse range of issues, including negotiation and drafting of legal documentation. You will manage client and matter files efficiently, ensuring that all stages of legal proceedings are handled effectively and in a timely manner. The role requires active engagement in business development and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and professional contacts. You will be expected to work independently and also collaborate with experienced partners on more complex matters.

Senior Associate Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in a Private Client team, handling a broad caseload
  • Strong knowledge of the law relating to Private Client work
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and professionals
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex legal matters clearly
  • Solid organisation and time management skills
  • Proven attention to detail and drafting skills
  • IT literacy and a willingness to pioneer system development to build efficiencies
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Commercial approach to financial management and meeting agreed targets
